These terms explain how TravoRights handles claim submissions, communication, and use of the website.

Use of the service

By submitting a claim, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit it for yourself or the passengers you represent.

Claim review

TravoRights may review the details you submit to assess eligibility, request supporting documents, and contact you for clarifications needed to process the claim.

User responsibilities

You agree not to submit misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate claims. If information changes after submission, you should update the claim record as soon as practical.

Communications

Service-related messages may be sent to the email address or phone number associated with your claim. Marketing messages are optional and controlled separately from required claim updates.

Assignment Agreement

By signing and submitting a claim, you authorize TravoRights to handle communications and recovery actions with the airline on your behalf for the specific claim.

Price List

Standard compensation service fee: 25% (including applicable VAT), deducted only when compensation is successfully recovered.

If no compensation is recovered, no success fee is charged for that claim.
